4-Weeks to a Better Body!
BOOT CAMP workouts last one hour and develop functional conditioning. Each session trains the entire body
head to toe with bodyweight calisthenics, cardiovascular and strength-endurance activities.
What to expect?
Each day is a bit different. We always have a dynamic
warm-up, which is followed by a work set. This will vary day to day. Work sets could include an obstacle course, interval
training, or circuit training. We conclude class with some static stretching. Our program
is designed and instructed by an ARMY Drill Sergeant with over 10 years experience-training soldiers! One of our students has labeled the workouts “Fun work
and hard play.”
Next Camp Starts on September 15th, 2003!
