I started and finished the "Body for Life" program in the year 2000. It was 12-weeks of Nutrition, Fitness,
and Motivation. The program really works! Bill Phillips wrote the "Body for Life" book and it outlines how to
work out, how to eat, and how to stay motivated. Each part of the program is equally important.
There were times when I didn't want to eat the right foods or I didn't want to go to the gym, and even times
when I wanted to quit the program. I just kept telling myself that I will never know if the program really works unless
